Yes, countryside! I haven't actually been on a proper countryside walk yet but it's not far.
Sadly two problems with the 27th - we're probably going to visit our Nan that day, and it's a Sunday which means no buses. :((( I guess the only other option would be Xmas Eve, you could bus here in the morning (the bus ride is super long though, over an hour from St Margaret's) and we all bus back to yours in the evening for dinner. (Or we could have dinner here, but then I'd feel like we'd be ~shunning your mum because we've had it at yours for the past few years. Plus you'd have to taxi back.)
... unless you're busy that day, in which case we probs can't do anything.
