- Unpopular fandom opinion time: I really hate the Diva photos. All of them. I don't understand any of the creative decisions that went into that photoshoot. :/

- Seeing that big bang season has started up in other fandoms has made me really wish that Skins had a big enough fandom to pull off a big bang. I mean, I know there are multi-fandom big bangs that people can write Skins fic for, but it's not the same as having a fandom-centric one. Can you imagine how awesome it would be?

- (Speaking of big bangs, I think I might drop out of apocabigbang. I'm not really married to any of my ideas, I don't think I can actually write ~plot, and there'll soon be shiny new canon to distract me.)

- I'm writing Katie/Naomi at the moment, and it's made me realise just how many different Skins pairings I've written. Including the ones I just touched on in 2ndyearstories, I've written: Naomi/Emily, Katie/Effy, Naomi/Effy, Katie/Emily, Katie/Naomi, Katie/JJ, Effy/Emily, Cook/Effy, Freddie/Effy (just to break them up, lol), Thomas/Pandora, Cook/Pandora. That's a lot of pairings! Clearly I need to try boyslash next. Pairing suggestions? (LOL, like anyone cares about boyslash in this fandom.)

Awww. I think I'm at the point where I'm like, a new picture? Okay, I will take it. LOLLL A few were pretty awful, but I did like that one shot of them together (save for Lily's godawful foot tattoo in the shot; blergh).

I'm kind of sad I won't be doing apocabigbang, but I figure I want to get the 80s AU done before the new series (NOT A PROMISE; DON'T HOLD ME TO THAT) and then I want to explore shiny new canon.

Agreed on the Diva photos. Just, what? Lily is so effing gorgeous, and no one seems to take advantage of it properly. :(

A big bang would be fantastic. And I'm DEFINITELY looking forward to the Katie/Naomi -- somewhere along the line, they've totally become my OTP. :p Cook/Freddie are an obvious boyslash option, but, like, funsponge, so you know.

I feel like it must take a special effort to make Lily look that bad. WTF.

If I thought there was enough interest I might be tempted to run a big bang (maybe post-series four; I'm sure there'll be stuff people want to fix) but I just can't imagine that many people would want to take part.

I kind of like the idea of Cook/Freddie but I don't think I like either of them enough to actually write it, heh.

Oh hey, I totally agree with you! on the Diva photos.

And you should slash Thomas with another one of the boys. That is a secret desire I have, Thomas slash. Well, it's not secret at all, I just don't care enough to a) go around writing it, b) request it from someone else, c) request it in a fic exchange.

I care about boyslash! But all of the Skins boyslash I've read has been awful and rubbish. Lots of sneaking through windows and secretly raping shagging people while they're asleep, it's not a turn on for me.

(JJ/Freddie, if you're asking; I know, weird, right? Quite like JJ/Thomas. Would also like some Thomas/Cook, but only because of the... moonlighting as travel agents bit.)

My problem with Freddie/JJ would be that... it involves Freddie, i.e. the most boring character Skins has ever had.
