She does look different, although I think the dark hair makes her look less like Kat. Well, not so much now Kat's also dyed her hair dark, but Meg got there first!

Mainly just a bit spoilery about her storyline (including which ep number she has); I don't think she gives anything away about the series as a whole. It's not *hugely* spoilery - I'm quite a big spoilerphobe and I wasn't too bothered by it. (But then again, if it was given away by someone who wasn't as cute as Meg maybe I'd be more annoyed.)

It took me months so realise Katie's/Meg's hotness. Leopard print and homophobia made me bliiiiiiiiiiind. Blind, I say. God, I heart her so much and I'm thrilled Katie is getting her own storyline. Meg seems to have real affection for Katie, and if there's one storyline I'm confident the show will do well, it's hers.

I actually think Katie's progression is the one thing fandom guessed right. The ingredients for a more vulnerable, but more fierce Katie was there during season three but I'm glad that (it seems) the show will run with this. Yay, skins! (no, seriously).

Me too! It took me a long time but I'm glad I've seen the light. In this interview in particular she looks really pretty.

The thought of Katie's storyline being something like what fandom's imagined (minus a relationship with Effy or JJ, probably, although I still have ridiculous misguided hope!) makes me so excited. Somehow she's become my favourite and if they get her storyline right, that's really all I care about.

I think they're doing interviews with all the cast so there should be a Lily one soon!
