Is it Thursday yet?

askjkahgdjh people keep linking to Katie/Effy clips from Katie's episode and it's KILLING me. I don't watch the clips because viewing unspoiled is so much better, but now everyone's squeeing and I feel all left out. WOE. But I'm not tempted to cave, because I know it'll be worth holding out and seeing the clips in context. I'm just really glad the clips even exist, because I was kind of worried that we wouldn't get any Katie/Effy development at all.

Speaking of my OTP, I should have Katie/Effy fic for jules2112 to post soon; I really want to post it before it gets completely jossed on Thursday, but that means I only have a couple of days to finish it up. D: We'll see!

In other news, I kind of want to talk about this week's Legend of the Seeker, and how awesome it was, but my thoughts are mostly just... really prurient. UNF, Kahlan is so hot when she's being all badass and toppy.

I'm hoping that as long as there's some great Katie/Effy interaction the rest doesn't matter. I probably shouldn't get my hopes up too much because so far I've enjoyed series four only when I've had low expectations, but it's difficult!

Season two of LotS is so much better than season one (mostly because of Cara, but also just in general) but it's totally worth catching up on. Episode eleven, the one that just aired, is amazing.

I clicked on it and then abandoned half way through. You're right, it's going to be SO MUCH BETTER in it's proper context. STAY STRONG, JULIA. YOU CAN DO IIIIITTTTTTTTTTT.

I clicked on the trailer, I think, and when I saw it started off with the hand-holding scene I stopped it straight away. I'm not actually that tempted to give in, I just want it to be Thursday already.

I keep trying to imagine ways they could fuck up Katie's episode, so my expectations won't be too high. It's not really working.
