You know what was particularly amazing about this episode? EVERY. SINGLE. SECOND.

I take back what I said before about Rory. I love him to pieces and hope he stays on as a regular next series, which I assume he's going to do. He'd better, frankly. The Lonely Centurion! Guarding Amy for 2000 years! ♥ ♥

IDEK. I want to write this post about how much I loved the finale, but basically it just involves me mentioning stuff that happened and going "OMG, AWESOME!" Like River with the Dalek, and Amy at the wedding, and the Doctor going back through time (SPACE FLORIDA!) and and and, EVERYTHING. I think I need to watch it again to take it all in. But, yeah, it was perfect. ♥ Can't wait for Christmas!

Oh I definitely agree with you there! I've seen the finale twice now and I'm planning to see it again and again! My fave parts have to be with little Amelia- especially when she was with Amy in the Museum! Oh and Who's story about something old,new, burrowed and blue- that part was pure genius! What I way to be re-created!

But what I liked about it the best is that Amy and Rory will be back for another series which means more Karen Gillan- yay! <3

Yes, little Amelia was so great! I kind of wish there'd been an opportunity for more interaction between Amelia and Amy but obviously there were some pressing matters to be sorted out, heh.

I was genuinely concerned that Amy might be really dead, so I'm so happy that she'll be back next series! And it'll be great to have a Christmas episode with the existing companions for a change instead of new people.

What I love about little Amelia is that she could easily be younger version of Amy as they look alike but this could be because she is actually Karen Gillan's long lost cousin who she never met before filming the first episode. I think that's such an amazing story within itself. Yes I definitely agree that I wish there was more opportunity for interaction but those those but when Who said something like "Come along Ponds" That made it for me! Oh and the witty mouth comment! Oral fixation much? ;o)

You know I am actually impressed that they managed to fit all of what happened in one episode without it seeming rushed! They even came up with a perfect conclusion and hinted what will happen next! I wish that the writers and directors of skins take note of this and put it into practice- the final episode of S4 still makes me angry just thinking about it!

I am also looking forward to the Christmas episode- I am hoping that both companions will stay with him for a while. The way they interact with each other and with Alex is just beautiful- I still want to know what's with River- she's very mysterious!

PS Am I the only one that ships Katie/Amy? You know a crossover where they somehow meet during Amy's travels with the doctor? I mean I can imagine Amy being very amused with Katie's short temper and saying "You're a moody midget aren't you?" in her lovely Scottish accent and Katie not being impressed at all!

I finished watching the episode about five minutes ago and every five seconds I break into stupid squealing, it's ridiculous. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECTION AND I CANNOT WAIT FOR MORE. ♥____♥
