Same here! I love them both. I give so much love to Community atm I mean it is fresh and unique and fits my sense of humour perfectly. As for this weeks episode when I saw Dean Pelton as Lady Gaga I automatically thought of you as I know you love her. I'm curious what did yo think of his costume choice- I personally thought he worked it!
As for Pretty Little Liars what's with the Hiatus on American TV shows? We don't do that here do we? I was really getting into it and then I realised we have to wait ages for the one!
I do like a lot of American TV shows though- the only 4 shows I religiously watch from here are Skins, Dr Who, Lark Rise to Candleford and Misfits!
I watch mainly American shows too. I really only watch Skins and Doctor Who from here, plus obviously cheesy stuff like The X Factor! Whereas I watch more American shows than I'd care to count.
I loved the Dean's Gaga costume! He totally worked it.
Hiatuses are the WORST. I heard that the next series of Doctor Who is going to be split into two actually, which I'm not best pleased about.
Did you ever watch This is England/ This is England 86? If so what did you think about them? I think the main reason why I liked it was because it was a show that I watched with my housemates and just watching something with people often makes it better than it seems. That's how I also got in Misfits. As for Lark Rise I have two weaknesses with that show- I love period dramas and I love Olivia Hallinan! Oh and I love the IT Crowd as well.
But there are too many different American shows that I can just mention just like that- except the obvious two that was already mentioned!

WTF? You can't be serious can you? I mean don't they do that already what with the Christmas and New Years Specials? But by doing a split series... how can they do that to us? I need my Amy Pond fix and I have been suffering from withdrawal symptoms for a while now!
You should definitely check it out I wasn't interested in it until I watched the final episode with my housemates then I backtracked to see the previous 3 episodes and then watched the movie- I really want to see it chronologically next time!
You know after reading that article I feel slightly better I mean like Moffat says we will have 2 premières and 2 finales which I guess why most programmes decide to do a Hiatus- it makes the audience less bored. I'm also looking forward to the fact the première is going to be set in Utah- I have a friend who lives there!
Sorry for making this thread so off topic as a result of my rambles by the way- I get bored easily and I also like the keep conversations flowing and this discussion has made me all excited!

It's true about the next Who series being split. On the bright side, at least there won't be such a long gap between the series and the Christmas ep.
